Not that I'm aware, but by all means check with the author.
RunTimeGC is more concerned with removal of extra items and components from within an existing game that are "surplus" to requirements and/or are recognised as being impactful to performance.
So you wouldn't view removal of necessary immunity records as part of its remit as an ongoing performance consideration.
This mod then aimed at a specific situation due to removal of mods and "correcting" data.
Added more user friendly message if trying to use options with a game not loaded.
Upgraded to only remove records for missing HediffDefs.
