Does anyone know about a MOD that increases city workable radius?,im really craving that MOD from CIV5

While you can't 'work' the tiles beyond the 3rd, you can claim, harvest, and trade any resources, no barbs can spawn there, and no AI can settle there.

@dloxly I have previously investigated how to change the city working radius. I could not find a way.
@Hoshi The global parameter for max culture growth is 'PLOT_INFLUENCE_MAX_ACQUIRE_DISTANCE' You could change that value to 3 in the sql file of one of my Larger Borders mods or I could make a mod that decreases it for you.

how can I decrease the max border expansion to 3 tiles away since more than that cannot be workable ?

No, it does not change the city working radius. It increases the maximum limit for city borders growth through culture.

I could make one that sets the max value to a number higher than the largest map dimensions; that would seem like unlimited growth.

is it possible to have unlimited border growth? I remember a mod like that for civ 5
