This hat is like the Nanobalaclava. looks a bit goofy and doesn't fit into most loadouts.

note: just for sensical purposes, this could be the 1 hat that has an effect:
-able to breathe underwater
that way if you want to camp flooded pipes with the cloak and dagger,
without soffocating that is, now you can....makes sense for the name as well.

What I dont understand is the point of uploading mods to the steam workshop for tf2 if you cant even have local access to it, even if no one else can see it, i think a local only thing would be cool, replacing other items, or just adding it into the game, but you can only see it.

Make this for Pyro for the full diver look and make the front glass reflective so you can't see Pyro's face.
