@PyroSalamander - Not really. I know that that kind of design wouldn't work very well in the base game. Certainly couldn't walk and the little wheels would be overloaded (if not cheating with hovers, like this tech).

A few of the enthusiast players have built creations very reminiscent of GITS Think Tanks using modded blocks, though. E.g. here on the forum: https://forum.terratechgame.com/index.php?threads/%D0%93%D0%93-corps-modded-techs.20325/post-142771
