Veganism isn't just as black and white as "Stop killing animals for food"
Yes a lot, if not most, vegans would say that's their motive to become vegan but I think at it's core it's more about the conditions the animals are bred, raised and slaughtered and less with the actual killing of the animals. If it was, vegans would despise carnivorous animals. Also, I've heard lots of vegans say they don't like people "enjoying the fruits when the blood is on someone elses hands" but my dupe sure kill their own prey.

You're right, but actual non selective pacifism implies veganism. Is the slaughter of animals not violence? Eating meat is supporting the very thing a pacifist thinks is unjustified.
A selective pacifist that only thinks that towards humans, you might be right. But selective pacifism is a flimsy notion in of itself.
1. Does not mean a vegan != pacifist aswell.
2/4. If they breathe LESS air they probably won't be as athletic, similar goes for mouth breather, vice versa. (To be fair though they should be renamed to something like "light breather" and "heavy breather")
3. I agree, Narcoleptic changes doesn't make sense.

Again, I like the idea of balancing things out to make everything usable or make good traits less good, I just think it should be done with logic in mind as ONI game-play is based firmly in reality as far as physics and stuff goes. So logical inconsistencies is immersion breaking, you could say.

In my opinion Diver's Lunges should affect how long dupe can hold breath (loose the oxygen line in unbreathable enviroment).
Gastrphobia in your mod is weird ... it's not a phobia anymore, seems more like an allergy.
Pacifist is turned into vegetarian ... imo looses it's idea. Better add a new trait then.
In exchange for this, you've crippled the top speed of any Dupe with that trait by 20%. So I guess it's only good for a dedicated Chef who has all their ingredients delivered for them, ensuring they don't have to actually move anywhere once they get into the kitchen.

Though, everything else made me lose interest.
Sure, when doing long duration breath holds, you go out of your way to move as little as possible in order to consume as little oxygen as possible. But... that's not related.
