Doesn't seem so unfortunately. If it's enabled, the game will refuse to load.

Love this idea (and so reflective of real life) and I don't think anything needs nerfing.

Does this mod still work properly after all the updates and DLCs?

Interesting mod but there is no information of changes in civiliopedia, or when selecting techs or civics. Is this correct or have I messed up something?

Nope sorry I didn't have time to come back after this yet. You can actually do that by editing the mod file, I think the code is quite self-explanable and you can remove a line you need.

I know this is perhaps a little outside the scope of this mod, but could you add in the ability to plant rainforests as well? Every time i play as Brazil i always end up with few/little rainforest :)

@JNR: Thanks, I did know about the adjacent tile but didn't take stacking into consideration. I will consider reducing it.

keep in mind that old-growth bonus is ON the tile itself, but any appeal you can mod is a bonus that is applied to ADJACENT tiles and can stack. Old-growth forest only gives +1 to adjacent, your jungle gives +3. Appeal only matters late in the game anyway, so I dont think that's much of a diminishing factor.

2 problems here: 1st, I think someone attempted this before but it was not possible, I haven't tried it myself so I am not sure. 2nd, it would be too OP. This mod gives absurd bonus to Rainforest considering that you have to keep them from early game because you can't just plant them late game like Woods.

hmm interesting .. could always let folks seed a rain forest late in game like can plant forests later on .. just a thought

@moree704: I am not sure how the AI will act upon it. Just hope they don't just chop all the Rainforest because early-mid game, it's still pretty low-yield. The effect of this mod kicks in very late in the game.

@JNR: yes, that's +1 more than an old-growth Forest but it will be very late (Environmentalism is at the end of Information Era). +4 if you are Brazil or built Chitchen Itza, +5 if you are/did both. My intention = the later of the game, the better the Rainforest, because you will have to keep that "useless" tile for the entire early-mid game.
