Report a translation problem
The update is still a little bit out there, but it'll be uploaded as a separate, beta mod. It won't destroy your save, but it won't be compatible with the current one. It'll be like removing the mod, all the cars will change into a random one. The main mod branch won't be updated until the next big zomboid update, though, so you won't have to worry about your ongoing game get fucked up.
I'd say keep playing!

@tilarium how did you fix it ? ( I try to use it for MP )
Started my world on 41.64 with friends, we ported to 41.65 without much issues, but I highly doubt I will be able to port this mod version to the stable one without issues.
If you can do an follow-up guide on how to port this version to the new one, lot of people would appreciate <3
