In the meantime if you copy the mod into your local folder and pop open the IncidentsPatch.xml file you should be able to adjust the times.

I wish this was a multiplier for event lengths. I would love a mod where I can extend the length of all events by 10x. Trying to make a truly toxic hellish world.
