Looks pretty cool actually. Never really done a medieval playthrough so definitely give this a go.

@Jason Alexander I haven't come across this problem. If you have been modding your current copy of Rimworld for a while now, you might want to consider reinstalling it. Otherwise check if you followed all the instructions correctly. Let me know how it goes.
@Paugs Haha i must say that this modpack is based upon the medieval+ modpack by NECEROS, so i basically had a pretty stable base to work from.
does not work properly with Prepare Carefully and will screech and moan just because you tried to play the game properly
i have no idea why a fucking hair pack needs you to avoid using the most important mod on rimworld
