At the very least I think that the Dark Elves and the Skaven should let me do this. Probably the human factions too. Slavery is not exactly something these groups are against. I force my rats all the way into the wood elves forest. While most of them are food, would it really be that odd for some parents to be willing to go off to war and shoot their bows in hope they and their children will not become food?

so you might want to use more skill point mod( also 33 new skills mod).
This change won't break any save game.
