Could you possibly create an all playable factions and 4 turns per year version of this mod at all? I know its a lot of work but would help us enjoy the game so much more!

I discovered this compilation yesterday and tried it out. I loaded it and saved it alone. Then I modded it for 41 units and reloaded it, along with an assortment of mods that I like. I have some units of different strengths wandering around, but that's not a huge deal.

I was attracted for 3 reasons. 1) I know the name from DEI. 2) I hate it when, in DEI recently, as I spar with Carthage , 3.5 stacks of Editani cross the Alps and invade Italy. 3) I like the idea that the major players won't get wiped out early.

I wonder why 2 and 3 as concepts haven't been worked into DEI?

is there anyway to make this mod workable with the 4TPY research/building times mod? would love a slow burn campaign with this mod

As of April 16, 2022, this mod still works. It's a great mod, but the aggressiveness seems to have been lowered for the factions, not increased. Most factions, especially the smaller ones, just stand around.

Fear not for I am an idiot. This mod does work properly. Make sure this mod is near the top of your load order and you are not running any mods that affect a faction's income, diplomacy, or starting position.

For some reason, this mod is not working. I have no other mods enabled that affect the startpos or tpy and it's running at 1TPY and the map looks to be vanilla. The Grand Campaign faction maps did reflect your mod changes, but the game did not.

hi the ai for this mod is dumb they dont field armies on normal diffuculty does this mod works only for hard and very hard/legendary???

I just started a New Grand Campaign as House Julia of Rome. Where I was surprised to find Rome not in control of Northern Italia and Carthage not in control of... The Smaller Island. And The Etruscan League STILL there! I was perplexed as My Mod Folder said that The Mod was up to date. AND The Mod's changes were visible on the New Campaign Screen. Came here, saw your comment, tested to see if The Mod worked with that mod off, (because I have it too) and surely enough, The Mod doesn't work with 4 TPY With Season Effects On. But it does work with it off.

So, no. It isn't compatible with 4 TPY With Season Effects.... @Dresden?

It seems to work well, but the Seleucids need more things:
1_ add military buildings in Aria, Asia and Mesopotamia to prevent AI from spamming only "eastern spearmen" or maybe more units in the initial armies.
2_ public order is a problem, I just hope the AI can handle it.
3_ diplomacy, some changes so that all the factions do not declare war at the beginning of the campaign.
are suggestions, some changes I can do or balance with other mods, the idea is to make it more challenging to fight and not disintegrate as fast as WRE in Attila Total War

Just realised my comments were dumb because i remembered the reason for the diplomacy boost - so they'd agree to confederate with Carthage with your diplomacy all options mod, which (i think?) was compatible with this. And that they're likely just not working because they've not been updated.

1)Why are you still not updated mod, there are already new factions such as Kush, Nabatea, Saba with new regions so SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
2)Map of Carthage in mode I like it because it is very balanced (it does not need to be changed).
3) Map of Rome is also balanced (it does not need to be changed).
4)WTF with Parthia, initially why they have Chorasmia ,wtf bro, it wasnt never their province so give it back to Khorasmii and Dahae if you want to do something with Parthia please made a separate mod(for example, their initial province is Parthia) so SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
5)Why do Egypt need Cyrenaica ,I know that it was their vassal but now Cyrenaica separated from Egypt I know how to solve these problems (1.Give Paraitonion and Cyrene to Egypt,BUT Nasamones need Ammonium for rebalnced map) (2. DONT TOUCH Cyrenaica
let it be like a separate faction) so SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

6)See if you decide to stay in Cyrenaica tp Egypt, okay then give the Seleucids: Pergamum, Cappadocia, Media Antropatene, Arachosia, because this is their territory or satrapy (Bactria can be left as a separate faction).
7)Please solve the issues with religion (if possible) because in Persia 100% of the eastern culture, although in mode it is the Seleucid territory,or in Cyrenaica 90% of Afro-Nomadic culture,PLEASE SOLVE issues with religion,
8)Why you change the texture of silk, it was beautiful and purple, and right now it's white and small

In the end, I'll say again that your modes are the best, please read my comment and do not ignore the problem of your subscribers, wait for the updated mode after the new DLC:steamhappy:

Hey Dresden, I'm somewhat curious; why are faction unlock mods not compatible, and how did you pick the factions you chose to add to this mod?
A friend of mine wants to play Arabian factions, and I wanted to see if it would be possible to do so while using Hegemonia, as, frankly, I despise Carthage's client states, as they're neither historically accurate, nor useful to Carthage in any way.

I am trying to use this mod with DEI in order to play as the Selucid Empire but for some reason the eastern satrapies aren't directly mine. Isn't Dei compatible with this mod or maybe I did something wrong? I don't know
