Working,but put it till last in load order,it can make some weird bug with DEI when you can recruit some great units right off the start when that shouldnt be possible

up until last week i hadnt touched rome 2 in years, so I totally forgot how to mod it, and I currently work up to 87 hour weeks, but Rome is fixed and i got it modded just right, so im interested again, I will do my best. I will most likly remove the campaign map part of the mod because it causes problems with any mod that has a campaign. The battle part I think nobody else messes with
