I'm actually working on something fairly similar to this. I've been covering the artwork for a lot of the machinery so far. I'm not an amazing artist by any means but I've got about 12 new buildings drawn out, I just need to work through a lot of the code and balancing, and probably add a few more interesting bits and pieces.
