I think there is a lack of a second exit for pedestrians on the other side of the building, where the door is drawn. It would be more convenient to lay paths.
Additional paths are not enough for other buildings of the "Stalin" series.

I don;t recon that Stalinist buildings would have had Stalin's images on them in 1960's,,,,,,

Было бы неплохо добавить еще один выход для пешеходов со двора всех зданий этой серии.
