Her Guard is also pretty bad to use with reducing dodge of the guardian, making him worse at his job (tanking for her). Stun clear is nice i guess.
She can be fine in a bleed team thanks to DOTs being op and stacking nicely but her number alone are also pretty bad. She is a weaker Jester and i'd rather have him on a team than her.
Her riposte, considering her terrible base dmg is rather useless.
Her mark seems to be one of strongest abilities in her arsenal, which is good.
On the prowl is a rather poor utility movement skill. Bonus marked dmg is really neglible since her base dmg is so low.
small thing, but i wanted to mention it anyway :P
Havent laughed that hard in a long time.
Gimmegames4free Take a look as MrIronJustic setup for a solid foundation[/b]
Tikotitok If i ever get time to play BR, i will do a Harlot and Rescuer patch! it's a fantasy to do list item.
SmashMaster Thank you!
Stats:
I always invest in dodge for defense. With her low HP, protect and +%HP are underwhelming.
Crit is your best choice for offense, as it synergizes well with her bleed-based damage. I'd only prioritize direct bleed chance if taking her into the Cove.
If using her for stress relief, the few trinkets that boost stress heal can be effective.
Speed is really good, including first turn speed. She has many great options early in battle.
Skip the Little Black Book, Love Letters, and Lipstick trinkets.
I use her on a team that benefits from marks, bleeds, and could use some stress heal.
I use: Flashing the Goods, Kiss of Death, Hands Off, and Hold me Close.
In any protracted battle, Flashing the Goods works similarly to Jester's Battle Ballad, with a few differences. On shorter/easier battles its not worth spending a turn on.
Kiss of Death is probably of my favorite marks in the game. It marks and lowers the target's accuracy, so it is good to use on an enemy who will be around for a while. And it helps your stress a bit.
Hands Off is your bread and butter attacking move. It does damage (bonus against humans and marked), bleed, knockback, and most importantly riposte. Use this early and often to keep riposte up, especially if in the first position.
Hold me Close is similar to 'Protect Me' plus a moderate stress heal. I use this at the end of a battle to recover
Maybe even get more diseases.
All in all she fits well with markers, dancers, healers, and practically any party.
of gameplay, it invokes the "dirty hooker" stereotype, which my inner Social Justice Warrior™ finds tacky. It also seems out of character. She is a dedicated prostitute, spreading around genital warts seems not only sloppy but bad for business.
Would you instead consider giving the skill a tiny chance to cause "Lovestruck" like Heart of Gold does? It's a pretty interesting quirk to get on some classes, but it's very cumbersome to ever aim for on many of those classes. This would make it slightly more available for heroes other than the Plaque Doctor, who seems to be a horny magnet in my runs, being the most common recipient.
