Honestly, stuff like the 'nade launcher and pistol always looked stupid in the first place, 'cause Firaxis decided to just tack them onto the bodies without any kind of holsters, except the Sword though, for some reason.

It should be fixed now, though. The socket adjustments won't apply unless you back in and out of the armory.

The positions of the secondary weapons like the pistol, the grenade launcher, and the sword has a space between them. Is there a way to fix that? I saw the [WOTC] Fixed Light Armors solve most of the problem.

I had the same issue with All Characters with the suits and whatnot, no clue what necessarily happened however I can say that I was able to re-customize them if that is of any help to knowledge.

ah okay nvm, probably should have tried before asking
seems like unrestricted customisation redux has opened up all the options so i can fix all the affected characters now. all settings (torso/arms/legs/etc) were all set to "None" which i guess is what broke it?

is there anything you'd recommend trying if i were to go about fixing it? i was thinking maybe either changing the template names back, or getting the unrestricted customisation mod
or would you reckon im just SOL for this run?

I changed the template names in the XComContent file so that the parts would have proper names in the parts menu, and the game's now trying to read templates that no longer exist. Not sure why it'd completely lock your soldiers out from being customized, but that's why.

the latest update for this mod turned all of my heisters into floating heads with no option to change their torso/arm/leg cosmetics (the option is just not there at all) has anybody else had this problem? and/or does anybody know how to fix it? thanks

The arms and legs matched with a good deal of the cosmetic mods I used so I personally wish you kept them downloadable. :(

What, because it's a one-piece torso set now? The arm and leg parts weren't gonna be mixing and matching very well with anything else, so frankly, it doesn't matter.

At least now you know moving forward what the cause of it was. Tbh, it isn't that big of a deal. Anyone who has a problem with it can just edit the ini like I did, and not everyone has the TLP DLC, anyway.

Well, that's annoying, seeing how i have all of my other cosmetics except for Nick's suit and the ZEAL Heavy set up the same way as this one. I set up Nick and the ZEAL Hev differently in case it really was the bAnyArmor line causing the issues, looks like that was a good call. Not sure if i'll go back and change the rest of them, though.

@Gravedigger Tullius Just a heads up. I replaced bAnyArmor=true with ArmorTemplate="KevlarArmor" in your mod's content.ini, and it did stop your mod from bugging out the TLP armor sets. So it appears bAnyArmor=true was indeed causing the issue.

Any existing character with bugged TLP armor due to your mod is stuck that way, as far as I can tell. But changing the arms & legs in your mod to ArmorTemplate="KevlarArmor" will prevent any new characters from having their TLP armor sets messed up.

I THINK even if i had the arms and legs not set to bAnyArmor=true it'd still be that way, since the main issue is that the TLP armors are all one-piece sets that don't let you remove the arms and legs if they do get set. Unrestricted Customization should let you work around that issue just fine, however.

This mod causes a problem with the official TLP legacy armor sets. Since the TLP armor sets have no separate arm and leg slots by default, if/when the arms and legs from your mod get added to them then it messes them up visually with no way to remove them.

It may be because your arms/legs are set to bAnyArmor=true in the config file, but I'm not a modder so I'm not sure if that's actually the cause of the bug.

I love it, I'm just curious on something. Would it be possible to make an alternate arm set by hacking Tony/Duke's gloves onto the arms instead of the blue gloves?

Try looking for the Metal Gear Rising customization pack. It has a suit option without gloves, though its' version has the suit jackets buttoned up.
