Your comparison with the modern era (which is 650 years after the latest ck2 starting date) is ridiculous.
I mostly play as Hungary and Italy, and I found some (minor) errors. I hope you can fix them:
Hungary (for some reason) doesn't control Vukovar (nor Syrmia, Krizevci or Varazdin, but those are controlled by Croatia in the base game for some unheard reasons...)
I checked some maps, and I found that those were part of Hungary.

The second one is Esztergom.Esztergom is on the Danube's right bank, and in you map it is on the left. (The Danube flows from North to South, so right bank = map's left side)
Here are 2 maps, for help:

Thanks for the amazing job!
Looking through the provinces of France and Low Countries, I found several things some what strange to me.
I'm sorry for unnecessary advice if you notice these problems.......
①Angoulême is located too north. I think it would be better to allocate it and surrounding provinces in Duchy of Aquitaine like vanilla.
②Vermandois should be a part of Duchy of Picardy, instead of Champagne.
③Brabant should be a part (and capital) of Duchy of Brabant, instead of Lower Lorraine.
④Gent should be a part of Duchy of Flanders, instead of Brabant.
⑤Boulogne should be coastal and a part of Duchy of Picardy, instead of Flanders.
I think it's a good idea to have the province of Artois in the present location of Boulogne.
If so, the present location of Artois should be a new province, maybe Lille, Tournai or so.
I feel somewhat strange about the vanilla map of Low Countries.
Keep on good work, thank you.
@Willy II That is really bizarre, and I don't know what would cause that. Try some of the fixes here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/203770/discussions/0/540740500549036285/ . If that doesn't work, try using the direct download version. If that still doesn't work, send me the log files and any save you can get and I will try to reproduce.
@Lord Peter Thanks for the tips. I think I fixed the thumbnail (I had it in png rather than jpg). As for the dlc063, I don't have that file so evidently I don't own the dlc in question. For the moment, I can't fix that. Re:GIS, I would love to talk about it, and would be very interested to hear what you're working on. You're right in that I'm not active on the forum, but you can go ahead and message me there anyways, and I'll check on it.
Second, the files related to the 3D models (Hadrian's Wall etc) on map that seem to be bugged are contained within the /dlc/dlc063.zip file, that is the Conclave Content Pack. File is called z_dlc063_cote_static.txt
Third, you aren't active much on the Paradox forums anymore, are you? Wanted to PM you there because I'm very interested to talk about GIS (you are the only other person I know that is using it for CK2). If you want, you can instead add me on discord: LordPeter#6839

I'm fine making personal changes for my Neo-Roman runs if you'd prefer to move on to other places.
@thewisestpanda - Thanks for the report, I missed the buildings because I usually play with them off. Do you know what file their positions are stored in? I can't seem to figure it out.
@Kalier - shouldn't be my mod's problem, but try clearing your map cache.
@nsinger998 - nothing in particular, unfortunately I don't have much historical knowledge about the area. Do you have suggestions?
