JellyPowered, it would be nice if it was as simple as making it a little bigger to fill the black area of the curve and putting a mask over it for the curve. Not sure what's possible, just putting my thoughts out there for you and the universe... :) Thanks again for the easy code add.

TY Jelly. I've added that li to the list of TV's in all my shows and pushed the update. I'll test soon but have not yet.

ATOM - i'll review that MOD and let you know real soon. I don't see why not if it's just updating to 1.3 it should be fast to accomplish.

If I were just a bit smarter, I'd figure out how to mask the show to the actual curve of the Ultrascreen... but alas, I feel very accomplished making it work in the first place haha.

By the way, by any chance could you assume and update the [RCTV] - RimCast Cable TV mod? No answer from the author since months ago. Not so nice as your mod, but interesting. Thanks anyway.

@TheGoofyOne thanks for the update, played a lot and no errors. Buuuuuuut... rimflix author just updated a new version, now supporting the big CURVE TV from VFE spacer module mod. He said any show mod now, to be compaatible, should have a small change in the line in the code. Could you take a look, please Thanks

@ΔTØM - Well I am not 100% sure about the unofficial release as I've not tested, but i'll make this for 1.3 now and test later. Let me know if you have any issues.





Also, if 1.3 RimFlix works, it's about time for some fan requested shows. Anyone got any ideas?

Which vanilla expanded adds a TV? I looked through core and a couple others and didn't see it.

Yes. Long answer, from my understanding that MOD just adds another COMP to the TV, so should be just fine.

OK. I notice it takes more time for the game to load up with this MOD installed than if it's not.

When using this, i notice a good 20-30fps dip in performance, even when Rimflix is set to have the tvs off when none are watching. with just rimflix i have no performance impact
I run at 100 fps with a I7-6700k and GTX 1080TI but with this it dips to 60-70

@Oskar Potocki - Yeah NP. Updated about.xml as well so it shows up in game since I had a MOD dependency update to push as well.

It seems you have used textures from the Vanilla Apparel Expanded to make some artworks, at least some credits would be nice as they are covered by a license.

235 MB yes. It comes from all the textures to make the movies, around 3K of them to be exact, sized anywhere from roughly 15K to 128K each, so super small, but a lot.

With the Startup Impact MOD this takes milliseconds to load the 10 defs, but 2.3 seconds for me to load the textures.

These shows will append whatever you have in RimFlix now.

When you watch the 12 minute movie from 1914, you will see you can actually watch the whole movie and understand whats going on.

hi its cool that more mods are being made with rimflix.
so far i think ive only seen 1 starwars show, the one i did for judge dredd, and another on ludeon.

if you get a chance, i made a discussion thread on the main rimflix page as a list of all shows and related mods people can get - it might be worth adding a link from there to this mod of yours too :)

Hey, so I had my own shows set on Rimflix mod already. What will happened if you run this mod as well? Will there be any problem, one covers up another, or just both your shows and mine being show at the same time?
