ewmorphett, sorry you are having trouble.
I am sorry these old boats are alittle dated, I need to fix the bilge pumps so they only intake water.
Thanks for reminding me!
ewmorphett Oct 10 @ 11:57pm
Every time I close the doors on the cabins myself or casualty in one of the cabins, the low pressure makes us take damage. Is there any way to fix this without opening the hatch?

UPDATE 13 AUG 2022:
- Upgraded Radar

ENJOY!
rotanev Jun 2, 2022 @ 10:29am
Oops. i forgot i had it on low. Sorry!
GERUNIMO  [author] Jun 2, 2022 @ 10:27am
shuttleman, ramp first, then release. Possible if you have the physics sett to anything other then 'high' it won't work properly.
rotanev Jun 2, 2022 @ 10:24am
Ah. that one. I still cant really seem to figure out - i managed to once, but it doesnt launch. Does it have a delay?
GERUNIMO  [author] Jun 2, 2022 @ 10:21am
shuttleman, from the helm, the hotkeys; "Call to the..." those ones.
rotanev Jun 2, 2022 @ 10:20am
which part of the boat? Wheelhouse?
GERUNIMO  [author] Jun 2, 2022 @ 9:54am
shuttleman, it's on the connector the conjoins the boat and the winch. Or you can do both from the boat itself, remotely.
rotanev Jun 2, 2022 @ 9:41am
Im having trouble trying to free it from the house. I found the ramp lowerer, but no "Release lifeboat"
blueaitch May 3, 2022 @ 12:05am
Ok thanks
GERUNIMO  [author] Apr 30, 2022 @ 7:22pm
blueaitch, to rrefuel her, use the fluid ports located on the deck near the cockpit doors. You can either fuel each tank by moving your refueling hose from one port to the other, or open the crossfeed valve located in the Engine Room to fuel both tanks from one of the fluid ports. Hope that helps!
blueaitch Apr 30, 2022 @ 12:27am
May I ask how you refuel it? Otherwise, Great build I have been looking for something like this
GERUNIMO  [author] Oct 6, 2021 @ 9:12pm
UPDATE 06 OCT 2021:

- Changed the Railings to the Auto Cannon barrels, you might see a slight improvement in FPS performance.

ENJOY!

Detective Stabler, I'm working on it as I type this, just takes time. Take care!
Detective Stabler Nov 5, 2020 @ 7:34am
can you update for 1.0
GERUNIMO  [author] Sep 7, 2020 @ 4:37pm
x170doom, I did contemplate this, however the Emergency Beacon cannot be triangulated. What I would rather do is make the RDF determine direction to an actual radio transmission. Personally I find the Emergency Beacon to be one of the more useless parts in the game, but it is useful for "Greebling".
x170doom Sep 7, 2020 @ 4:31pm
just had a thought, would it be possible to make the RDF semi-functional now using the emergency beacons
GERUNIMO  [author] Aug 19, 2020 @ 12:31am
Scotland, I hope everything works out! Be safe out there in the storm!
X25A Aug 19, 2020 @ 12:13am
Oh, I must of miss read it then.
GERUNIMO  [author] Aug 18, 2020 @ 10:25am
Scotland, as you step down into the Engine Compartment just to the left is a row of switches these are the so-called "Circuit Breakers". Hope that helps.
X25A Aug 18, 2020 @ 9:45am
I cant find the think to do on stop 2 to start it.
Jungle Troll Jul 7, 2020 @ 10:54am
Ah yes that worked! Thank you!
GERUNIMO  [author] Jul 7, 2020 @ 9:54am
Jungle Troll, yeah they (the developers) did something to the jump action awhile ago. You'll remember when you would jump as long as you held down the 'space bar' you would continuously jump, now you don't. That has made getting out of compartments like that hard. Try "crouch-jumping" that seems to work. Hope that helps.
Jungle Troll Jul 7, 2020 @ 8:58am
kinda anoying
Jungle Troll Jul 7, 2020 @ 8:58am
you cant climb out of the bloody shelter at the front of the boat
GERUNIMO  [author] Apr 1, 2020 @ 8:44pm
UPDATE: 01 APR 2020:

- Made the boat MUCH more stable in rough seas
- Changed the radar to a more useful design, it has a range of 2000M
- Added some details and new sloped pieces
- Changed the roll-over airbag to a more "traditional" application instead of rockets, which means it can now be reset and used again..*
* Re-read the operation of the airbag system as it has changed

ENJOY!
GERUNIMO  [author] Nov 9, 2019 @ 8:55pm
FinTheHumann__, in reality these boats could only make about 9 knots, I bumped up to 14 knots so as to make them a little faster. I think you will find that small boats like this perform better in rough seas at lower speeds then at higher speeds. ENJOY!
FinTheHumann__ Nov 9, 2019 @ 5:29am
Its not that fast for me, It moves at 50 for some reason
MaxMustermann Oct 27, 2019 @ 5:41am
@GERUNIMO Yes : (
GERUNIMO  [author] Oct 27, 2019 @ 5:14am
Max Mustermann110, unfortunately I think that is a problem faced the world over.
GERUNIMO  [author] Oct 26, 2019 @ 1:55pm
Max Mustermann110, speaking of countries I'd love to visit Germany is #1 on the list. My family is originally from Munich, you live in a very beautiful country. The RNLI is certainly one of the best examples of voluteerism in the world and they have a history and a future that they can be proud of, I admire them as well.
MaxMustermann Oct 26, 2019 @ 2:41am
@GERUNIMO I'm from Germany and have never been in england but I'm very interested in the RNLI
GERUNIMO  [author] Oct 25, 2019 @ 2:44pm
Max Mustermann110, I certainly drew heavily from that event, and a BBC4 documentary I saw on Youtube served as my initial motivation. Brave bunch of men they were! I am glad they remember them through the maintaining of the boat house there. Someday if I ever go to the UK I'd like to go see it.
GERUNIMO  [author] Oct 5, 2019 @ 11:26pm
UPDATE: 06 OCT 2019:
- Updated/Changed the Radar Scope Display
- Added a Loudspeaker
- Westminster Radio which can be tuned between 0-100 frequencies.
GERUNIMO  [author] Sep 21, 2019 @ 3:52pm
x170doom, NEVER! The Brits will soldier on regardless! Stiff upper lip!
x170doom Sep 21, 2019 @ 1:50pm
I will add, for some reason in brittain we still use miles, for some reason instead of going with straight metric or imperial, we use a hybrid system that makes next to no sense. honestly this country would turn itself upside down given the chance
konstantynopolitaneczka Aug 26, 2019 @ 3:16am
welp centimeters are still better for measurements than table spoons or something like that xD
GERUNIMO  [author] Aug 25, 2019 @ 5:29pm
Rademenes16, by the way is that American NFL footbal fields or FIFA football fields! HAHA!
GERUNIMO  [author] Aug 25, 2019 @ 5:29pm
Rademenes16, well I am an American and we use standard but more importantly at the time the British also used standard. I was in the US Army 10 years and we used the metric system, and I think it is a far superior system of measurement, but as they say; "When in Rome."
konstantynopolitaneczka Aug 25, 2019 @ 2:33pm
300 miles or 700 football fields ....
why no uses metric system dang it
GERUNIMO  [author] Aug 25, 2019 @ 2:23pm
graevsky, howdy, these boats in real life were only capable of 9 kts, they were not designed for speed as much as stability in rough seas. That said, 9kts seemed alittle slow to me so I cranked it up to 14kts so as to make it alittle more useful. This comes with the added advantage of increased range. The real ones had a maximum range of almost 300 miles!
graevsky Aug 25, 2019 @ 12:31pm
why this boat starts go slowly at 2 mins of riding ad full speed
GERUNIMO  [author] Aug 24, 2019 @ 6:39am
Rademenes16, haha yeah you sure are right. Unfortunately, we don't have an airbag type system either and as the rockets can be ignited without power and can accelerate an object quickly they fit the bill better then a propeller or jet engine would have.
konstantynopolitaneczka Aug 24, 2019 @ 6:22am
I think real life boat dont use VTOL
GERUNIMO  [author] Aug 24, 2019 @ 12:29am
stingy, located just past the wheel house, port and starboard on the deck there are two fuel ports (both painted red) those are the "fuel tank fill caps" as it were. Good luck!
Oscar_Faux Aug 23, 2019 @ 4:17pm
how do you refuel
GERUNIMO  [author] Aug 21, 2019 @ 9:46pm
Mehp, thankyou! I love your ships as well, the HMS Turbinia almost made it on the 'log boards'. But as it was not designed to sink and it appears it had a successful career I left it off.
