I have no plans to update the supported versions at this time, as this mod is unsupported and the fact that it currently works for 1.2 is a happy accident.
Oh well, I will be patient.
In general, you need to change your mod list so it only has the mod you want to test. Then you add back a few mods at a time (or even one mod at a time) and see if they cause the conflicts. There's not really any better way to do it that I'm aware of.
If you have a set of QoL and UI mods that you've used a lot without problems then generally those can usually be added together.
This mod looks like one you should have at the end of your mod list so that its aware of all the previously loaded tech/items from your other mods.
