I wanted to try sth new that loverslab's guys had never done before , but i failed.Maybe my method is wrong xd.At least i made many animated events these time.
Maybe a portrait replacer layer could work.
Out of curiosity, what kind of animated portraits you're working for?
Excellent concept, animated portraits could be taken in very interesting directions.

Since it's not documented in changelog, I did not know when exactly Clausewitz engine in CK2 support animated properties. But This make possible that effects like blink eye or haunted glowing eye for possessed people, vivid hair and dropping blood. Huge work though, but I'll buy that
