Updated for T&T

still working?
Groove Wizard  [author] Dec 12, 2019 @ 2:07pm
Up to you - I disabled CA's changes with this mod because they aren't super interesting imo. They add a variable amount of sacrificial offerings on *all* post-battle options

Is this mod still necessary with the changes to Tehenhauin's sacrifices?
TinoDrima Oct 5, 2019 @ 6:44am
Is it possible for you to make a SFO compatibility patch? It crashes with SFO if anyone is wondering.

Thanks for update! great mod
Fackboi Sep 24, 2019 @ 3:59pm
So is this mod purely a nerf to early game and a buff for late game? as i anit seeing the benifit yet

UPDATE:

Settlement occupation decisions (loot & occupy/sack) now grant Sacrificial Offerings!

Clamps changed to 20/200
SpacenoidZeon Sep 19, 2019 @ 3:30pm
Yes, and having the settlements provide some extra sacrifices will be quite welcome, since i'm getting my ass kicked in this campaign! You've mentioned on this page that you're open to balance suggestions. I was thinking maybe a top rate of 200 sacrifices? In the early game I'm getting usually between 25 and 50, so I don't think it would unbalance a lot there, but at the mid/late game that'd let you rack up the big Sotek sacrifice with 5 massive battle victories, which may be too easy compared to the 20 victories you'd need without the mod.

Awesome thanks for the confirmation! Haven't modded this week but once I do I'll resolve that settlement issue
SpacenoidZeon Sep 17, 2019 @ 9:12pm
I played in my multiplayer game and I can confirm for you that your mod works in multiplayer. Thanks for your good work.
Groove Wizard  [author] Sep 16, 2019 @ 6:09am
I was mistaken, my bad. I'll fix that soon

Can confirm, with mod enabled city battles do not grant sacrificial offerings for 'loot and occupy' or 'sack'
Groove Wizard  [author] Sep 15, 2019 @ 5:47am
It's only for non-settlement battles, similar to how it is in vanilla
SpacenoidZeon Sep 14, 2019 @ 8:59pm
Another note, testing this out single player, i don't seem to be getting sacrifices when i attack a city and choose 'loot and occupy' or 'sack'

I should be able to tell you if this works multiplayer tomorrow.

@Turambar87 - Alright, just pushed an update that will hopefully fix that! It should work now in mp and in sp, let me know if you find any further issues.
Groove Wizard  [author] Sep 14, 2019 @ 12:14pm
Ah, yeah. This won't work for MP, I can figure out an update to fix that soon. Thanks for the report!
SpacenoidZeon Sep 14, 2019 @ 11:39am
Another confounding factor was that it was in a multiplayer game. I should have tested single player before posting. I was getting good replenishment, around 18%, but no sacrifices.
Groove Wizard  [author] Sep 14, 2019 @ 10:26am
Just tested in-game, seems to work fine. Might be a conflict somewhere. To be clear, the base-50 is disabled with this mod
SpacenoidZeon Sep 14, 2019 @ 9:04am
Just thought i'd comment here, I'm not getting any sacrifices since the latest patch, not even the base 50.
Xenos Aug 19, 2019 @ 4:25am
Hello, I'm using the mod together with Grimhammer, and I'm getting the 50 flat sum plus the new amount calculated by this. Could be an incompatibility?

Thank you!

@Rusty - there have been Steam issues the past couple days, that might have to do with it. Just confirmed once more for sanity's-sake that the live retail version is indeed working. I have heard some issues with Kaedrin's Mod Manager the past few days too, as a result of those Steam issues.
Rusty Shackleford Aug 7, 2019 @ 3:02pm
Dangit, still not working for me. Is it working for anyone else?
I'm wondering if Kataph's mod manager broke the update or something? It's telling me it updated today.
Tulkas Stark Aug 7, 2019 @ 1:34pm
might just be me, but the upper limit could go higher (for those really massive battles)
Lizardman2340 Aug 7, 2019 @ 12:17pm
Sotek approves of this mod
Groove Wizard  [author] Aug 7, 2019 @ 12:00pm
@Rusty - turns out I uploaded the wrong version of the mod.

THIS MOD NOW WORKS, YAY
Groove Wizard  [author] Aug 7, 2019 @ 2:19am
@Rusty - was working when I tested last night, but I might've flubbed something, I'll check when I get home
Rusty Shackleford Aug 7, 2019 @ 1:34am
I just tried it in a new campaign, and I am not receiving any captives after battle. It's told me twice that I'll get +17, but neither time gave me anything. I can still receive captives via quests though.

I don't think I have any mods that should touch the mechanic, at least not purposely.
Agemouk Aug 7, 2019 @ 12:24am
Great mod Vandy! :-) Any interest in porting this over to Tomb KIngs and Canopic Jars? They similarly get a flat 30 jars and would be great to have that fluctuate based on the battle size.

One wrong put right. But the great book of CA... remains full
