I have basically abandoned the mod for a long time, and only randomly update the mod like every year or 2 when i get a random urge to
I believe I adjusted the old files to be more or less in sync with the many changes that have been made but if yall notice something wacky with the gameplay after the update then let me know.
I will look to find out how I can provide the files for my mod so that others can make their own version for those of you who still want to use it in the future.

In this mod the converting doesn't cost anything, so I changed it with the bonus "plus one missionary"
Very odd though, the mods I'm using are either graphical or my own which should be compatible with yours (they were last patch).
If all fails I'll just be snatching your mod and modding it for my own, thanks!
I have not seen those issues when I test the mod on my end so I would assume it is an issue on your end.
Base value of mana gain is still 3 and there's still a religious conversion cost.

We will also be looking to see if we can remove the remaining government cap and then change any related bonuses to something else this weekend.
Also, I would need to look into that more and see if that is something I really want to change back and how difficult it would be if I decide to change it back.
is possible to restore the rule "wait one day after sending the diplomatic action" and not having the AI immediatly repling to alliance request without unpause the game ?
I may not have the time to update until the weekend after the patch though, so at worst it will take until the Sunday after the new patch to finish updating the existing changes in the mod to work on the new patch and to make some changes to things like marines and administrative cap.

Because due to that reason, it conflicts with Idea variation full version, and light version of said mod is just cancer.
@Danieczek, i changed it from 2-6 to 1-5 and increased base power gain from 4 to 5. Some events and modifiers could only be triggered if you had a ruler with a stat below 2, so this change should fix that. I will be looking more at other events and triggers that look at monarch stats to see if I need to change anything else
