@TRⒶSH ☭UEEN i couldnt agree more. i have been looking daily since the most recent patch and ony's favorite resource manager broke.

I also very much miss the old style resource list. The new Spaced Out one is a hassle to navigate.

Any chance anyone coming accross this comment knows how to get the old by-category list back? I hate the new one not being grouped!

it's defunct they merged Spaced Out and the default game basically does this now

@Kakasho Lin: Not at the moment. The Spaced Out DLC has something similar built-in.

Any plans to update this for the new DLC?

Very useful little mod. Compact, at the top of the list and simple to use. I love it. Thanks.

@CoolAzura: It's not working, it's not crashing either.

@Midnight: alright, if you do get it working and you experience a crash like that again, please email me the output_log.txt and I'll take a look at it. I'm not actively modding right now but I will try to make sure they atleast work.

@CoolAzura: Oh my bad I overlooked special instructions compiling a collection of mods, good I will give this a try. I will say they I experienced one crash only while this was enabled after clicking on the menu, I don't think I pressed anything mod related just the menu and I can't be sure it was your mod either only that I disabled it thinking it wasn't working and haven't crashed since.

@Midnight: so I just tested and it works for me. Are you sure you are following the instructions?

Could you possibly add an option in materials overlay only showing the blocks and buildings made of things that were added to favorites?

Feature request: Allow for a non-transparent background on the panel. Or, ideally a configurable transparency.

i havent used it yet, im just going around making sure all the mods on my modlist are updated properly to maintain my playstyle.

Alright, just pushed out a new update that will allow items to be reordered. First remove items you want reordered and then add them back to the category.

Would it be at all possible to implement some way of re-ordering your favourites? I know that when you add a new favourite it goes to the bottom of the list - but if you remove something and re-add it that specific item remembers it's place. Would love to have all my metals in order, then food, eggs, etc.

I found that it shows kg when load saved game. For not only berry also all foods. So I'm doing remove foods from favorite category before quit the game and add after load. Thanks :)

I'll be taking a closer look at the code tomorrow. Currently setting up another mod to be released for steam tonight.

@Haremworld: just attempted in Debug and it shows as kcal as well. Hmm. Have you tried toggling it off and then on again? If it doesn't change it might be because it was originally registered as mass in your game before it was updated.

Oh relly it does. But except Gristle Berry. I didn't recognize because I added only that one. Could you check grilled berry please?

@Haremworld: What do you mean? It should be showing as kcal for all food types already. I fixed it 3 days ago. It's possible your mod hasn't updated properly from steam.

Could you modify the unit to kcal not kg for food? Thanks for awesome MOD.

Alright, so I took another look at it and I figured out how to have it show different measurements for the resources.

@ME.XAH: Hmm, not sure what you're talking about. I just checked by sandbox spawning 61 liceloafs to see they are 103,700kcal and then continued to 140 liceloafs just to see if there was anything else.
61kg Liceloaf is 103,700kcal. If this was what you are talking about, this is stated as a limitation in the description.

Also, @lutik333/@Napolean Bonerparty/@Cotaks, about adding more complicated stuff to this mod. It won't be happening . Currently working on something else and The Favorites Category is finished for what it is. I do know there is another who was working with the Resource Listing but I don't know if they will want to do that either. Maybe eventually it will be something to do but I am not skilled enough to figure out how to do a bunch of it.

The way this mod works is just a simple change compared to hiding other categories. It can be done I'm sure, but I don't understand enough of the code to do it.

Mod shows 61 kg. Liceloaf, in fact i hawe 120+ them.

I do wonder if there could be an option to just hide (a toggle) all other 'text' and just keep favorites open? would be great to have.
