Hi, could i interest you with an offer for a fix or some help investigating a bug with the mod? The fist 4 buttons get misplaced from near the search to just below the 3rd item in the crafting list, and i have no mods that change the interface except for the ones you already support

@Fabrik 90 It sounds like you have another mod trying to add filter buttons. Both of my mods that add filters support Extended GUI (and both can be installed without breaking anything), but others that add them may not support it.

For some reason, I have buttons (except the gold one) are in the middle of the crafting menu. I use mod "Extended GUI". Is this a defect, or is it just my glitch?

Yes, this works with FU. I do plan to add compatibility for more mods.

It would be cool if you added the compatibility for this mod to more custom races so they can also use these filters. I use custom race mods like the Felin and the Elithian Races mod. I don't much care for most of FU's custom races, but I it's something you could work on.

I don't think FU alters anything in the GUI on it's own, since it's compatible with other mods that do. Thus in my opinion, FU should be compatible with this mod (I haven't actually tested it, though). There are mods like "Extended GUI" and "Many Tabs" and their companion mods that alters the GUI and, as this mod's description says, these specific two are compatible. As long as you don't use another mod that changes GUI except those two, you should be fine.
