Waaaay too many rounds, borked mags....
better versions of this out there but they all make the VA unusable for low end and borderline usable even once you load in. Good luck sorting through dozens of ammo types with barely any variation.

Hello, I was wondering, does the different ammo type (AP versus normal vanilla round) interacts differently with body armor? I tested but seemed that it does not do it, but I had Proect Injury Reaction loaded, could this screw with the various ammo's impact?

anyone wanting to use this with antistasi... dont, it will absolutely flood the loot crates and youll rarely find other ammos, also a tone of the ammo is plain unrealistic or even made up (nuclear 40mm grenades for example which some are obviously fine with but for realism its rubbish) and a lot of the mags and bombs for aircraft etc. have just been given a standard skin (high cap mags look like regular mags, bombs/missiles all looking exactly the same etc. so bare this in mind before adding this with antistasi lol

A new and improved version of UAS:Lite has just been released! Virtual Arsenal load times reduced from 10-15 seconds to 2-5 seconds! Load times may vary depending on your PC specs and how full/what type your Hard Disk/SSD is.

Saying this is a legendary mod is an understatement, let alone considering all your other mods!! Thank you man.

Just wanted to ask if there is any way to sort/find out the bullets with the most damage? I've done enough trial and trial to see which bullets clearly do higher damage than others. I see arsenal search/sorting mods that list guns by properties (such as recoil/damage/weight etc), but I haven't come across anything that gives any info on bullets.

I just play singleplayer stuff so I just use workshop mods, if they work I use them, if they don't I unload them. That's it, so I don't know about the coding or config stuff and all that jazz whatsoever.

Perhaps the answer to my question is simply some 'damage factor' (or whatever) that I have to look up in the game files for the bullets themselves, maybe not, idk, that's why I'm asking.

@Sadaguchi Yeah, 3CB has some issues like that. The L129A1 and the L85A3 beign 2 prime examples. You might just have to search for a L129 from another mod, or make a request on Zachary's upkept version. Berlioz has been away for a while now :c

@El Berl I have some issue about compatible with 3CB BAF Weapons mod. When using L129A1 I can't use ammo of UAS except ammo from 3CB mod or vanilla game (it's not show up in Arsenal). Can you help me with it ?

@EliotXII I'm not exactly mod savvy, but most if not everything is config work, no animation nor models. So its more of a problem with the guns' rigging.

When greenmag came out we all kinda wanted to make it compatible but. Its a lotta ammo to make compatible. So that is a dream, and with how things are looking now, a very unlikely dream

@Squable There used to be. It just got taken down or dissapeared one day. The best you can do is hover your mouse over it when in your inventory.

@Legiondary Unsure if there is some other way to pull out the classnames. From what I recall, feel free to open the config files and pull what you can, and if it really is that overwhelming, try one of the lite mods with only the more generic ammo types

Hello, I am trying to make a blacklist for some of the ammo for my groups Liberation map. Is there a list somewhere that uses the asset names in place of the proper names like what is on the wiki? I know I can go into the C++ configs and pull names from there or spawn in game and then copy paste to notepad, but there is so many to go through. Just trying to see if there is a list that I can copy paste out of to speed things up a little bit.

@Spext0r™ Yeah. Its a bit of a by-product. This mod as far as I know does not add any new sounds or models. Which makes this a unfortunate effect. Models of the munition themselves seem to use CUP models. Whether they show up if you have CUP loaded or not. I cannot remember :(

Not sure if this is Vehicle dependent or itself but alot of weapons for aircraft pylons do not emit sounds after firing or being launched. Loaded via ACE Pylons manager thing.

Thanks for the quick response! Managed to figure out that it does seem to load up fine after waiting an absoloutely absurd time.
It's a shame that there's this drawback with the configs and classnames, as it's a really fantastic mod from my limited testing and what I've seen with it being played.
Do you have any instructions on what kind of steps we could take to reduce the load times, or any way we could pre-cache this data as was suggested?

@number16bombshelter Heya! The loading times are insane for editor and zeus (unless you have zeus enhanced WITH its ace3 compat, for some reason) because of the insane amount of classnames and or/configs, while we found a fix for zeus, there is no real fix for eden editor. Pre-caching all this stuff is all I recall berlioz saying.

Hey, Major! Looking to try this mod out for my unit and our private ops to really expand the ability of us to simulate chemical, nuclear, biological, and electronic warfare without the use of ACE3, as we aren't a huge fan of it.
Unfortunately we've been running into an issue where it seems like every time we try to open up the EDEN Editor it causes the game to hang up and stop responding, even when trying to load an unintensive map like VR.

I understand this isn't getting updated anymore but are you aware of any incompatibilities or anything that could cause this weird behavior?

@Reticuli If you wish to limit the cartridges and ammo types, go in the mod and edit it yaself. I do agree that its laggy, but all of these ammunition types are different, from slightly different to the world of difference, allowing for you to choose the yield of destruction. "Sabot" rounds you picked might be some of the older ones, or simply just outplayed by what RHS and CUP designates as the same round.

Explosive rounds are often scripted to play around ACE's spalling and shrapnel, and often times ace also messes with their ranges, so that is why they might be a bit too punchy.
