it's as the image shows: you click on the button, then spend them by building a manufactory

How does one get the bonus resources with the bartenders? I select them and click on the resource for the drinks but then nothing happens and there is nothing extra in the mixer either.

Hi.
About the cities, you could have called the third city "N1RV ANN-A" but not the "VA1 HALL-A".
Dunno about next cities, but I'm slightly disappointed to see this.
inb4 if you already have this city, please, just somehow rename the third, it really looks strange
