Oh and A Better Chosen also added a strength so Chosen can't be critted.

As far as I remember ChosenBalanced prevents Chosen to take critical damages. So if using this mod and New Chosen Traits this strength is useless. Commenting the line removes it from the possible picks.

Yes you can try to remove BondmateSolaceCleanse.

On that note btw, I just realized the level 2 bondmate ability "stand by me" can remove mind control.
Not only does this make no sense, at all, but it is another example of a gameplay mechanic being invalidated pretty much automatically (kinda like how 3 shredd on a gun that can shoot 3 times makes armour pointless).
Do bond abilities fall under Repurpose Abilities influence, or is it something I will need to hunt for in the ini files?

You will want Repurpose Abilities for that.

I saw another mod that adds fortress to the chosen, but it also adds a lot of other things that won't fit with the mods I'm using. Is it possible for me to add a line into this mod that gives them fortress?

Many thanks for this mod. Avatars and chosen having crit immunity is already good, and with the option of putting it on more units it's even better (hello, uncrittable primes who will get several prime reactions before they go down XD )

Has anyone made a mod that increases the health of both Chosen and Avatars? As they are too weak if you have all nine classes in the same squad. I did it myself for the Chosen but the game seems to dislike having the main file values altered.
