For people who are asking for update or trying to update, I think I have found a better fix than previously mentioned:
1. Open the file "Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070\1799508183\Lua\UI\Replacements\JFD_GreatTheologians_GreatPeoplePopup.lua" in text editor.
2. Find the line "include("GreatPeoplePopup_Expansion1");",at the very start of the file.
3. Replace it with "include("GreatPeoplePopup");"
And then the mod should function as intended.
In previous versions GreatPeoplePopup_Expansion1.lua presumbly loads GreatPeoplePopup.lua of the base game, so the mod only loads GreatPeoplePopup_Expansion1. However as more changes to great people were added it's changed into the other way around, now you have to include base game GreatPeoplePopup to load others.
The issue with the old fix is it's done by deleting the file entirely. It does lets you load the great people screen, but also understandably disables the added function. This new fix is what I have personally tested in gameplay, and the great theologian points display could function normally. Hopefully this would make this excellent mod more playable in current version of the game.
In my case, after cancelling my fix (= reverting back to the backup file) then applying yours instead, I noticed upon re-loading my latest save game that in the Great People pop-up, the Great Theologian Tab did appear, but said 'All individuals of this type have already been earned.'
Not sure what I can do to fix this (or even if it can be fixed at all).
1. Open the file "Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070\1799508183\JFD's RwF - Great Theologians.modinfo" in notepad.
2. Replace the text "<ReplaceUIScript id="ReplaceUIScript">" with "<!--" (without quotes).
3. Replace the text "</ReplaceUIScript>" with "-->" (without quotes).
After that, this mod should be working fine for the most part. The only minor issue I've noticed is that the great person screen will always say 0 great theologian points earned this turn. But the progress bar still fills up and you can still recruit, purchase and utilize all of the great theologians.
Thanks so much for the great mods JFD, and we all look forward to when you have time to update it properly!
1) all additional content (mods + official content) disabled + RwF: Great Theologians. Couldn't open GP tab.
2) all official content (no 3rd party mods) enabled + RwF: Great Theologians. Couldn't open GP tab.
3) all official content + all the other mods I was using (a bit too many to list) without RwF: Great Theologians. Could open GP tab.
4) all official content enabled without RwF: Great Theologians. Could open GP tab.
Not complaining since its free stuff, its a mod that I enjoy so I hope the creator finds time to fix it eventually.

I was able to temporarily fix it (until a corrected version of this mod is published) by manually editing the content of
<C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070\1799508183\JFD's RwF - Great Theologians.modinfo> so that the mod gets essentially disabled (...yes, it's sad) but old save games that include it will still work.
Will include edited code in a separate post (.... 1000 characters limit)
*Side Note: you may also want to edit <Core/GreatTheologians_GlobalParameters.sql> to restore faith per unused Great Person point.
*Disclaimer: do this at your own risk and make a backup first!
Although it's a nice idea some of the effects are overpowering in my opinion.
Yes, indeed it does. I just failed to notice that theologioans don't occupy GP's space in the great person menu after I've founded a religion. Also yes, I know I would have seen that if I'd actually checked the pictures. :D
Also, "not working" is completely useless info for the modder. Try giving specifics along with error messages from your log files.
McDuck"I got 1 prophet and 1 theologian. However, pointer here - they both are simultaneously available, and the trick is to pick the theologian FIRST, then the prophet. If you do it the other way, the game hangs i.e. you're prompted to pick the theologican, but actually can't, if the prophet has already been picked.
Also, once picked, the prophet can create the religion, while the theologian can enhance the features. On this one too, have the theologian work first, then the prophet"
