Firstly the health buff is for the zombies not the players. second there is a button on the wall next to the guns that allows weapons to respawn. the reason for not being able to pick up teammates weapons are that the zombies can pick them up and use them. this was the only work around but yes most thing new to get rework or clear for more enjoyment and understandment

The map is pretty buggy. Supply drops are non existent, and if they are then they aren't labeled properly. You can't respawn with guns, the health buffs from the menu don't work, there isn't enough time to reset between rounds, and you can't pick up your fallen teammates weapons. This map has potential, but needs work.
