The changes in culture files are small and only relate to tweaks to certain character names. You can eliminate the file in the mod with no noticeable impact.
The changes in minor titles add a few honorary titles that are used in custom events. If you remove the file, these events will no longer happen as their triggers will always be false. But nothing more fundamental would happen if you wish to ensure consistency across mods.
Anyway, I hope you add events like this in CKIII
Thanks for the feedback.
I can't tell from the up/down votes whether the mod works for people, it has issues I do not encounter or notice, or the votes are from trolls angry there are gay-oriented events.
By the way the lover events string kicks in easier if your ruler is gay AND has no prospective male lover. The generation of a love interest kicks off the chain. If you already have a lover, some later events in the chain may happen too between your ruler and your pre-existing lover.
Events do need either the player character to be homosexual or have children past infancy - and then their appearance is subject to chance. They are set to be relatively uncommon, as flavour events, blending among the vanilla ones.
