Report a translation problem
I'd advise going to Wallpaper Engine's settings and in the 'Performance' tab under 'Playback', set 'Other application maximized' to 'Pause per monitor'.
Do the same with 'Other application fullscreen'.
You can leave the rest as default unless you know you want to change them as well.
This way you get your performance back when you go to browse the web or play a game in a maximized window, fullscreen, or borderless modes.
