sorry what? it's easiest wallpaper for cpu/gpu, you can check this if you run process explorer.

anyway, you can fix this if you'll change wallpaper engine settings. open wallpaper engine>settings>performance>other application fullscreen>pause and other application maximized>pause.

i like it but when i went to go play games like rocket league with it as my background i would only get 20 fps when i cant get 140 fps with a different background
