Thanks for the good mod anyway ^^ I guess I'll just gift gold to the one who gives the prisoner based on how much would have been correct imo (AI doesn't use it anyway).
The value of a prisoner now depends on several things such as:
Traits
Attributes
Title
Age
And more...
Great mod otherwise, thanks.

Well maybe instead of "Give prisoner", "Send prisoner" would be better then. ;)
I actually found that when i want to get a prisoner, the "Transfer all prisoners" option gets active after using "Give prisoner" and using it before or right at the time when the response comes in gets me the prisoner and free of charge. I'm not sure if that's a bug. If that's not a bug, then rewording the option would not make sense. Hmm....whatever.
Tired of thinking about it.
Well either way the mod works, even if in mysterious and confusing ways to me, thanks.
Upvoted. :)
Cheers
Additionaly asking for children, also by "Request prisoner" sometimes gave me blanks and i thus couldn't select the child charater. Not sure why as i didn't test this enough, but that's another topic. As long as it works with adults, that would be great. Cheers
- "Give prisoner "works for me to send a prisoner away.
When i ask for a prisoner, a court member of mine in another court, then he gets released and immediately reimprisoned by the keeper.
"Give" was interpreted by me as in 'receiving' as well, but only seems to work for sending.
- Good to know that "Request prisoner" works as intended
- "Transfer all prisoners" for me also only works for sending prisoners away.
Marking them only works for the keeper, not for the home court liege (me).
That leaves only "Request prisoner " as option to receive/free a court member of yours.
So are "Give Prisoner" and "Transfer all prisoners" only intended for sending prisoners away ?
-Give Prisoner allows you to select a character to send.
-Request prisoner allows you to request a prisoner, however the prisoner's holder will ask you a ransom or a favor, if your relations are excellent and he is your friend he can give it to you.
These options are allowed to transfer a single prisoner.
-Transfer all prisoners allows the transfer of all prisoners who have been marked with Mark as prisoner.
The first two options didn't really work for me. "Give Prisoner" did nothing and "Request prisoner" didn't always work and if, then the keeper still asked for money or a favour or such.
What worked flawlessly was changing by console command or load menu to the prisoners keeper and marking the prisoner with "Mark as prisoner" and then using the "Transfer all prisoners" on the character court the prisoner should go to. To then get released there.
I wonder what the two other aforementioned options are intended for other then what i said above and the difference. Confusing, but at least i found a way to make it work by swapping character.
Good to know. Thank you!
Yes it is compatible.
What about HIP compatibility?
Cheers!
I had actually tried the [] before, to no avail. Now, the "update" to my mod has gotten rid of it. It took me a couple of tries to get it really uploaded in the first place.
