When a friend is watching me use my computer / using it and they go to desktop, they play around with my wallpaper(this) for a while it is so fun I also play around with it a lot. Best wallpaper to ever exist.

Easily best thing I've found in the 1000s of wallpapers available. Seems to be pretty GPU friendly too (I have a 3090... but I don't want my GPU spiking 200W etc. just to run a background animation).

Maybe I'm not getting it, but nothing happens when I have the audio response tab [ON]. Like I've tried using Youtube and or Spotify while using the default settings but nothing happens. Am I thinking the tag "audio responsive" mean something else or am I missing something?

I tried turning on HDR10 and adjusting the contrast to 60; it really amazed me. Good job!

@Clown I just published an update that adds the "Ignore FPS Limit" option at the bottom of the wallpaper settings. Try if that fixes your issue.

@El Pollo Diablo scroll up here there is a guide on how to fix it.

its ammazing ! but i dont get how the part how the audio response works. i mean the frequency range. i want it only active on for example less with higher and more active with bass. atm i get an epileptic shock or its like its not really vibin with the music but random.

can u explain how to set up this to my liking?

Even after setting the FPS limit to max value (165 in my case) there's still stutter that wasn't present before the update :( Very visible when moving the mouse around quickly, fluid has this jitter effect that creates a couple of splats instead of one constant stroke

Anyone who had set his FPS limit to some lower value before the recent update experiences less fluidity since the value was not used before the recent update.
If you want the old behaviour set the FPS slider to the maximum value.

Hi there, I'm the author of the FPS limiter addition. Sorry if it gave anyone a bad experience.
There was a prior version that added a slider in the wallpaper settings itself but I changed that to support the official slider which sadly is not that obvious.
Many thanks to Delivator for the wallpaper and also the nice instructions to set the FPS limit.

i had 30 fps before, and the wallpaper was well, but now i have to put the framerate higher if i want that the wallpaper go better, srry for my english im spanish

Okay sorry for the confusion! I think this is all intentional! Make sure to check your FPS settings in wallpaper engine.

yh, i have the error of limit frames in the colorful fluid animation

o shit I implemnted a smal fix suggested by someone else to limit frame rate using the global frame rate settings in wallpaper engine. sounds like it caused some issues. have you checked what fps limits you have set in there? But I have no idea why the mouse stopped working

The background suddenly started having massive framerate issues today, I have no idea what caused it

Something must have changed recently. It works perfectly fine for audio visualization but it lost its brightness and fps and bloom for my cursor responsiveness. I don't know how to fix it.
