You can create new options related to campaign difficulty and you can limit the range to player only, ai only or enabled for both. So you don't need any script to achieve that.
This is why those kind of mods will work only in campaign mode.

Remember that your starting agents movement point cap is hard coded. NEW agents should have the updated movement point cap.

Would it be easy to do this just for naval movement ranges for the player? Chasing down ships at sea can be really annoying, but I dont personally want land movement cheats.

are you able to make the soldiers to fight more chaotic and without restraint, not caring much about holding the line and formations? Or something like more spamming animations that would probably cause them to "mixed" as literally everyone 1v1 in everywhere as the hollywood war movies?

Agent speed doesn't change. Tested with cylostria in mortal empires. As far as I know agent speed is hardcoded and can't be changed, which is why this mod caught my attention.

Unfortunately it's all messed up since the update. Playing as Grom my units are all starting with what I can only describe as random amounts of movement speed. It's quite bizarre. Seemed to be working fine before.

There's certainly something weird going in the background. Switching to forced march for example doesnt give any extra movement at mid game and followers/heroes/trait movement buffs dont seem to add movement too.

Well, I'll take a look at how it works exactly.

Though I just copied your mod in how it works to a test mod I made, but just made it 500%.

But I'll just check it out and see if it works either before or after the first turn.

I think mods which use a building to increase the range need a next turn to take place.

Because I tried it with a 500% movement and my old and characters didn't seem to have any further range at the beginning than they normally would.

Hi, I don't really know. I just know when you put more range, the game need more time to calculate the possible ways you can reach.

Hey dude. From one modder to another.

Is there a limit to how much movement range bonus can be granted or increased to?

Because I tried to just make it +1,000% to give agents and lords all 10 times their movement ranged, and the game crashed just as it finished loading.

I saw that too, in fact I think the agent part is not working. The option is here, but nothing happens for agents. I will try to find out a way to do this.

I think the movement bonus for Heroes and Lords is swapped or something. My lords have much better movement range than my heroes.

Hey guys, it kinda works with the agents when embedded into armies. They still get no bonus when not in an army, but it's quite ok now anyway :)
