4 player mode is not possible here.
Splitscreen is only supported for 2 players.

To play in 4-player mode, you will need a special modified rom, a modified emulator with online play, and 4 PCs.
Then each player will only see his own screen.

I owned a Genesis back in the day but I never heard of this gem. This game is awesome. It's basically a grown up version of RC Pro-Am with awesome licensed rock music!
