The Renegade, if you are subbed to more than 50 mods it won't show up.
The Renegade Oct 7, 2023 @ 6:16pm
Any chance of providing a manual download? Workshop (as it so often does with ck2 mods) is not actually providing the mod file despite being subscribed for multiple days.

so everyone has Crohn's Disease
any idea how to fix that ?
Riekopo Jan 19, 2021 @ 4:49pm
Is this mod already included in the HIP overhaul mod? I do not understand. The description is not clear.
Riekopo Jan 18, 2021 @ 11:20pm
I think this mod needs updated. HIP was updated in mid 2020 I think.
Radanos Aug 14, 2020 @ 7:24am
I noticed there's a bug in your code. In file "succession_laws.txt" line 1018 you have:
has_law status_of_women_1
Should be:
has_law = status_of_women_1
lmfao Apr 6, 2020 @ 2:38pm
Specifically the code for the Witan succession
lmfao Apr 5, 2020 @ 3:42pm
Is it possible to add this to Iron Century?
Mrmystery976 Oct 13, 2019 @ 6:29am
all of my characters have the Crohn's Disease is there any way to fix this ?
andristanstanster Oct 5, 2019 @ 12:38pm
it would appear that your mod, prevents the search for smith event from working, all it would say is that "now was not a good time, maybe later" turned your mod off, and it started working again, which is a shame, cause i really liked it, though you should go ahead and turn everybody on britain tribal
MC Bimbada Sep 26, 2019 @ 12:02pm
How do I rate the mod? It is very good.
Eothas Top Guy Sep 8, 2019 @ 7:29am
Republic of Mercia. I remember them, the founding fathers of the Angle Constitution wrote that every man has the right to spank a Norseman and tickle his whiskers.
Scarelya Sep 5, 2019 @ 6:01am
Why is Mercia a republic?
Whitty Sep 2, 2019 @ 1:49pm
This mod is so accurate I can't play it.
Good job, I'm not kidding, but holy shit it made me realize how much of a epidemic Crohn's Disease for the vikings.
mcduke313 Aug 30, 2019 @ 4:22pm
@TrumplsRussianAngentAndCriminal Your definately right on The Mercians and East Angles being, well Angles but the Northumbrians weren't Saxons all the Saxon Kingdoms had -sex at the end of there name Seaxe in old English. The Northumbrians were in fact Angles
lmfao Aug 28, 2019 @ 12:14pm
Is it possible to add burhs as a new type of holding that can only be built from cities and held by mayors or lords (ie. Wintanceaster)?
SonicTheWarthog Aug 25, 2019 @ 11:55pm
btw... Mercia and East Anglia should be Angle Culture, Mercian were Angles and Northumbira and Wessex would be Saxon... also Kent were Jutes which were all similar anyway but still they saw themselves as different people.
SonicTheWarthog Aug 25, 2019 @ 11:52pm
look forward to the separate anglo saxon cultures
vosegus  [author] Aug 25, 2019 @ 12:32pm
Updated!

Tested for 50 in-game years, and only one person was living with crohn's. If you're still experiencing tons of people with crohn's, please let me know what other mods you're using outside of HIP and this one.
love_seX.dreamss Aug 25, 2019 @ 10:22am
why does everyone has crohns disease
Le Petit Lapin Aug 24, 2019 @ 2:48pm
Sorry may mistake, everyone in the world gets Crohns at game start.
YOU GET A CROHNS DISEASE
YOU GET A CROHNS DISEASE
EVERYONE GETS A CROHNS DISEASE!
Le Petit Lapin Aug 24, 2019 @ 2:42pm
Yeah, literally everyone in England has Crohns at the game start.
Kindjal83 Aug 4, 2019 @ 1:03pm
Why does everybody's got Crohn's Disease?
Dimension Aug 1, 2019 @ 6:54pm
There is something very odd with the way the new illness is handled - at every start date it seems HALF the world gets it, and the event itself triggers three times for my player character...
aubonhutchens Jul 25, 2019 @ 9:54am
is there a version that does not required hip
lmfao Jul 22, 2019 @ 12:37pm
If you're going to add individual cultures I'd suggest making c_gloucester Saxon to represent the people of Hwicce and c_kent and c_surrey Jutish. Regarding Northumbria, a remnant should probably survive in Lothian and Bamburgh to represent the rulers of Bamburgh after Ricsige's death.
Enmerkar Jul 22, 2019 @ 11:01am
Every single person has Crohn's disease. Seems a bit off.
lmfao Jul 21, 2019 @ 8:50pm
@⚔⚜Louis Gros Paour⚜⚔ Northumbria is THE BEST
Colonel_Milk Jul 21, 2019 @ 7:17pm
@AlexTheMole i believe its for the 867 start date
Dead_Squirrel Jul 12, 2019 @ 10:32am
Is there some reason why every character in the world starts the game with crohn's disease?
billybobnobody Jul 11, 2019 @ 11:42pm
My only suggestion is a bloodline for Wuffa.
Pitriot Jul 10, 2019 @ 1:58pm
history with hilbert!?
AlexOfRohan Jul 8, 2019 @ 2:00am
Is this mod still working right? I have downloaded it and have no other mods installed, but when I select the 769 start date Northumbria, Cornwall and the Welsh Kingdoms are all Feudal.

Also counties like Essex and Middlesex are not selectable as starts, it shows them having no character leading them despite the fact they do have leaders when you start the game as someone else.
Star¤Dagger Jun 18, 2019 @ 8:35pm
You should keep the Crohn's disease, to remind Anglo-Saxons how ill equipped and prone to genetic disease they are.
Also there should be a way to work it into the Genetics module of HIP, which is a mod of the Genetics 2.0 mod
Altiris Jun 12, 2019 @ 2:41pm
This is a nice mod, do you consider expanding into an historical overhaul of Britain itself for HIP? I feel like the Anglo-Norse have a lack of events. Also, is Alfred becoming Alfred the great railroaded in any way?
Popdartan May 24, 2019 @ 5:29am
Could you make a similar mod without the Crohn? Everytime I have tried the mod there have been not a singel character without it.
vosegus  [author] May 11, 2019 @ 2:58pm
Hey all! The most recent update addresses the crohn's issue, so the disease should be much less prevalent.
pibloq May 2, 2019 @ 3:00pm
Seems you can't form England as Wessex in this mod, or is there a way?
Ogarrr May 1, 2019 @ 3:23pm
I'd recommend just splitting Anglo Saxon into three cultures, Angle for Mercia northwards, Saxon for Wessex, Sussex, Essex etc and Jute for Kent. That was the most historical.
Crull001 Apr 24, 2019 @ 2:16pm
There seems to a bug where if you create a custom ruler in a shattered world scenario cause every character to have chrone's disease
Polbork Apr 24, 2019 @ 12:39pm
@stonengineer just wanted to check if the tribal government type was reducing warscore gains, it seemed like battles and occupations were giving much less warscore than in normal HIP. Also, the vikings seem to barely get any levies at all under the tribal government. Their event spawn troop counts seem out of wack as well. Halfdan has much less than normal, less than even Ubbe, which just seems off.
vosegus  [author] Apr 24, 2019 @ 5:28am
@Imperator just tested, and don't see any incompatibilities with Furry6. Let me know if you notice any bugs that I missed, I can post hotfixes on the fly.
vosegus  [author] Apr 24, 2019 @ 5:11am
@Polbork I'd rather not release a version like that, as I believe it goes against the theme of the mod. However, if you remove the /history/provinces folder from the mod, it'll remove all the map changes while keeping the other features, including succession.

@Imperator Just got back from a business trip, I'll push an update in the next few days.

@popdartan I know! I think paradox missed out by not including genetic diseases - maybe a future state of my Cronh's disease is to also make it transferable to children, since there's a correlation between genetic heritage and propensity of Cronh's.
