The agriculture thing, I don't remember whether or not that happens as of now.

The spawning on vanilla maps is disabled as I wanted people to have to pay in and take the risk of growing drugs to get the profit out of it (for my own server at least). Your best bet would be to have the drugs on the shop or like you said even though you are not wanting to use them, kits.

Is there anyway to have the crops in this awesome mod pack work like other crops in Unturned?
So as your skill in agriculture increases you could get double return?
Also is there a way to have the items spawn on vanilla maps?
I want peeps to find the items and cultivate crops without admin or kits.
