Splitting the mod may be possible now, but eventually I'm going to make changes to the sanitarium, abbey, and a handful of districts, so I'd need to create six new mods. It would be easy, but nine mods (I'd need to make two nomad wagon stand-alones) wouldn't be user-friendly. If you just want the tavern changes, I suggest Simply Better Tavern by Pseudonomenclature. It does almost the same thing.

I wonder if i can ask if this works with, for example, Miketsukami Head Start? or what order would be recommended?
i would like to request, could these changes for different buildings be split out into their own separate mods?
i admit, i would like your Tavern changes, but would like to use Head Start
