I like how people are saying that this is going to be "overpowered" first of all, it's a misc not a weapon, and second of all how would you know? Valve chooses the stats...

it should block 90% of backstabs, and 50% of backburner damage.

-backstabs do 2x damage not 6x of health
-backburner minicrits not crits from behind

And like some people said, I think the completely backstab protection is over powered, but like increased protection on player´s back will be good idea (Backburner does crit dmg when you attack from back, and main dmg caused to player from his back can be lowered), so it will (can) be pretty cool ...
