If you stop you have to wait till it recharges and you go gradually slower.

Or, you could drink it and have a shock meter, the more you run the more you charge the meter and when you fill the meter it shocks you with 10 damage. Your speed increases but you take damage.

It would probably be better for 15 seconds, it would be more like the Scout. Even if Valve adds this item. But 25 health is good. Nicely done.

look´s pretty cool, but why did it not healing you ?
My Idea is : Heal you for 50 Hp (have the same animation like Bonk energy Drink and a Cooldown from 15 sec)
Or a Health Boost +50 for 30 Sek ??
