Report a translation problem
You click the "release 0.0.69" button to download the correct version. Get the .zip, not the source code. Unzip and run the .jar file, then set your save directory;
if you play on Epic it'll be
C:\Users\(User ID)\Documents\Darkest\(Profile)
If you're on steam, it'll be
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\(User ID)\262060\remote\(Profile)
You profile number will be a string of numbers; there should only be one folder in the userdata directory unless you have multiple Steam accounts on your computer. The profiles run from profile_0 (top slot) to profile_8 (bottom slot), so make sure to load the one that actually corresponds to the correct save. Go to the "persist.game.json" tab, and look for something along the lines of
"inraid" : true,
"raiddungeon" : "weald",
change it to
"inraid" : false,
"raiddungeon" : "none",
I, of course, love all your mods. Keep up the good work!
My main gripe is that this thing is a massive pain in the ass to fight, and it's even worse when you're running the Weald for other things, since the fight really drags out and stacks stress, blight and bleed on your whole party.
What I would prefer is if, one, it appeared in the Weald only on champion quests, because there's no way I can do that AND the Hag or Cannon. And two, if it only appeared in parts in the quest line. Like, the first time you fight it, you kill the farmer/wife duo, then the next time you fight the knight/wench, and the last time you fight all three phases. You get a little piece of lore each time, maybe a trinket, and it's a bit less of a marathon. As it is though, can't recommend it, even if I really do like Marvin Seo's stuff.
One is to make the ghost banshee's skill ignore stealth, in order to avoid conditions that no target is valid. The other is to change the link damage applied to the ghost one from 2 to 3 when the true one dies, although in this way there would be four monsters that directly skipped the encounter, thus ruin your boss designs in this mod.
I've designed a skill to cloak every hero, make them lose initiative and suffer lowest speed penalty, usually causing enemy monsters to skip their every action for one round.
But when facing banshee, using this skill at the beginning will cause the banshee to continue using summoning skills until the true banshee comes out, and after killing the true one, the ghost one still have 1 HP and become forever undefeated.
I've looked into AI files, but cannot find why it still happens when the condition of "health_ratio_threshold" actually not been met.
First you fight her father and mother later her husband and at the end she crashes your game XD
is there any way I can clear the boss missions again?
I finished the boss missions long ago and this happened
it wasn't the shrieker, wasn't gambling, wasn't retreat penalty
any solutions?
