it means you don't need mods to launch it, but if you want to actually change the orbit of Kerbin you need mods

the screenshot is ten times magnified of tis craft. I will of course offer a full-size one if you want to blow your computer up.
plus: to make this engine large as the one in the video, you can just weld it and then make the part bigger.

Okay so the actual ship is 20X smaller than it shows in the screenshots. The entire thing is maybe 2x as wide as the runway. It doesn't tower over the entire KSC like is shown. Lame false advertising.

I don't think it actually moves anything unless it also severely edits the game files.

According to Scott Manley, orbits in KSP are fixed and are unaffected by physics.
