Hello, i have just made an unofficial update to 1.1

love the chainsaw. i love how it works, in comparison to a chainsword from another mod which is basically just a paddle^^
any chance on a custom sound for it? imagine a pawn beeing drafted, drawing his chainsaw and "RRRRR!!" -also some motor sound while standing drafted, it´d be perfect. could make it bloodier too, maybe. bring some horror to the rim ;) well, some more

Is there any chance you could add the source for the mod into the download? Or provide a GitHub link, if you've got one? I like how you've set up the stun baton, and I'm hoping to reverse-engineer some of its code for a mod of my own.

I really like to field melee pawns but wasn't looking for a gigantic mod that adds dozens of items, this seems just perfect. Thanks for this!

@Gopher Probably. They should, in the sense that the weapons have the necessary tags, but they might not if they cannot "afford" them or something (and obviously tribals won't use them either). Let me know if it works for you!

Melee weapons need to have their tool class replaced with the CE (Combat extended) tool class in order to work with CE.

So no, this mod is not CE compatible out of the box.

Hopefully someone might make a patch.

Bug with storage settings is fixed, the items should be under melee weapons!

The mod should be compatible with Combat Extended, I don't know, haven't tried, but I don't see why it wouldn't

Rocket Hammer appears to not have any entries under "weapon" for storing, so can't be moved to storage/shelves/zones.

I don't know if one of my mods is incompatible but after making 2 Charge Swords and Chainsaws, my pawns can't equip or store them anywhere. Right clicking on the items with a pawn gives no menu options at all and when setting storage for them I see the Baseball Bat listed under Melee weapons but no mention of the other weapons at all. Would love to try this mod out but cant!!

@ollygribbin Click the green Subscribe button, the mod will then appear in Rimworld's Mods menu.
