FYI: This mod creates the useless "RESEARCH" blueprint in the research tab. As far as I know it does absolutely nothing.

I have a base in the cannibal lands and the footman are more than annoying it´s great if you are exploring but it is impossible to ignore my base when those footman appear every 5 minutes

to anyone wanting to use this mod: id highly recommend lowering the stats of the footman in the FCS to like 60 martial arts and strength, otherwise you'll have your hiver characters just get oneshot

Only real problem is there's no way to craft the weapons yourself, and research costs being a bit high.

i have 1 problem with this mod, and its about the Lost Babbler. idk why my gate soldiers, animals or even turrets (with ''shoot first, ask later'' option active) dont attack him, he just killed a hiver in my outpost without i didnt even knowing where, how and when he get in

For the Yellow Howler armor, you can't craft the arm plates. Only the helm, helmet, mask, chest, and leg plates.

I do not recommend using this mod. It contains things that greatly break the balance of the game. Things that reduce skills by more than 50 points, thanks to which they can be increased very quickly by wearing such things.

I've used this mod for a long time, and I had my first encounter with what I can only call Foot Man. He was martial arts-ing all over the place until wounded at which point he ran as fast as his golden feet could take him; funniest shit I've ever seen

It's understandable that OG bandits are nothing, but this mode is not making anything better. Bunch of degens who cant even speak and dont have any stationary base just happen to wear custom made armor/weapons in quantities that even HN and AC can't compete with. Them being butt naked with rusty weapons make much more sense than this

'Makes the Shrieking Forest more dangerous' is a severe understatement.

If your relations have deteriorated with the shriekers to the point that they attack you on sight instead of just babbling at you, you can basically write off the entire Shrieking Forest as a no-go zone.
Even in vanilla Kenshi it can take a while to move a squad through the forest like this but with the new gear and enemy types it augments the shriekers' endless spawns to hell and back and if you're dumb enough to take a main road you'll basically be met with an unending tide of screeching idiots, some of which are now quite skilled and well equipped thanks to this mod.

All that said, I love it.

Buddy, this mod right here is absolutely incredible. I was originally discouraged by the comments and your own words against it but I would urge anyone reading this to please give this a go, especially with the "Redux" mod that helps to rebalance the troops slightly. The armour they wear is incredible and my trip to the Shrieking Forest was bloody amazing as a result.

Seriously, you are a bloody amazing artist. Thank you for your work!

@Anyndel you can change it in FCS you need to put the mod into the mods folder of kenshi, go to FCS then go to biomes and it should say every group that can spawn in that area and the percent chance for them to spawn

Agreed that there is just way too many of htem for their strength especially with population set a bit higher than normal, I literally have been killing group after group after group and they just dont stop coming
