Will do. I can tell you I'm currently using 417.71 (1/15/2019) as my driver because the 418.81 (2/04/2019) was unstable. I haven't tried the 418.91 (2/13/2019) drivers as of yet. I'm on a rather fresh PC so I might not have the correct visual c++ installed. I'll install them and whenever I get it working, if I get it working, I'll report back with my findings.

Yeah I'm aware of the issue, on some system the binary fails to load. Most likely caused by missing plugins, Its a pain to figure out. I am going to use the same video library for my upcoming wallpapers so I will look into it. In the meantime try updating your driver, visual c++ redistributive etc..

Yes it is a white screen. My GPU is a 2080 Ti

I tried using this with a 4k 360 video, added gen to the beginning and downloaded the mp4 2160p video but when I try to load it in the app nothing happens
