I have no idea why you would assume I'm chinese. Google translate is a useful tool. You can spare me the history lesson, I know enough on that front. But the intricacies of the faith/philosophy that I would want to include in such a reform is not something I can cover due to my own inexperience with the faith. Also a lot of things regarding the yellow turbans and whatnot happened in like 300 ad, ck2 starts in the 1100s, or 700s if you use charlemange. Regardless, I'm not interested in doing a full-scale reformation mod for taoism. I just wanted to make a simple mod for my friend, and anyone else who wants a slightly easier time with taoism. You seem to be quite versed on the subject, and it would be quite interesting, so I implore you to make it youself, or look for someone who's doing major religion mods. C++ isn't very complicated for what you need to do, but the time investment isn't something I have or am willing to put in, as I rarely, if ever, actually play taosim personally.
