It's ok, currently playing a rogue/warrior type so the conjuration thing would just be something fun to do.

I disabled everything but the twin souls mod, and it still doesn't work.

Well, for me it works.
Try disabling all other mods to see if one of them causes the Problem.

Not any that even touch the conjuration tree, and I used the BOSS application to organize the load order of my mods.

Do you use any other mods wich modify the Twin souls Perk?
