I have a globetrotter with this effect, I love it. Not too randomly niche like a bunch of cards flying around or a ton of bright green smiles, but also not generic like fire or smoke.

The hat is paintable, and also the promos were made in Source Filmmaker, there you can make any hat with any colour you want
